Meet Our Centre Director – Faye Jiang
Hello, my name is Faye Jiang, and I am the Centre Director at ACDMA Childcare & Preschool.
I hold a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Teaching and have been working at ACDMA since 2011. Over the years, I have had the privilege of supporting children, families and educators, and I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where every child can learn, grow and thrive.
As Centre Director, I believe that strong relationships with children, families and our educators are the foundation of a high-quality early childhood service. I am committed to providing an inclusive, welcoming and community-focused centre where every child is valued as an individual and supported to reach their full potential.

Hi, my name is Vivian and I am an Early Childhood Educator at ACDMA Childcare and Preschool. I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and have been working at ACDMA since 2011. I have been a proud member of our childcare centre for many years and am passionate about supporting children as they learn, grow, and thrive. I enjoy building strong relationships with children and families and creating a warm, caring environment where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

I’m Anna, and I’ve been working at ACDMA since 2012. I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care I love building strong relationships with children and their families and believe that every child deserves to feel included, valued, and heard. I enjoy creating fun, hands-on learning experiences that build on the children’s interests and encourage them to explore, learn, and grow in their own unique way. Seeing children develop new skills and gain confidence is one of the most rewarding parts of my role, and I feel privileged to be part of their learning journey

Hi, my name is Michelle, and I am the Educational Leader at ACDMA Childcare & Preschool. I hold a Certificate III in early childhood education and care, currently working towards my diploma. I have been working at ACDMA since 2023. I believe that the early years are a critical foundation for lifelong learning, and I am dedicated to mentoring our team to deliver high-quality, meaningful educational programs. My philosophy centers on nurturing each child's individual strengths, supporting their voice, and partnering with families to create a rich, supportive community for our young learners.

Hi, my name is Thu. I am an Early Childhood Educator at ACDMA childcare and preschool. I hold a Diploma in early childhood education and care. I have been safely caring for and teaching children at ACDMA since 2013, which means I bring over a decade of experience. My everyday goal is to create a warm, happy and secure environment where the children can play, learn and grow at their own pace.

Hi, my name is Hadeel. I hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and have been working at the centre since 2023. I am passionate about supporting children as they learn, grow, and discover the world around them. I believe every child is unique and deserves to feel safe, loved, and respected. My goal is to build positive relationships with children and their families while creating a nurturing environment where children feel confident to explore, learn through play, and develop the skills they need for the future.

Hi, my name is Helen and I am holding my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. I have been working at ACDMA since 2018. My hobbies are table tennis & basketball. I am a social, caring and helpful person who loves to work with and care for children. I believe that young children learn best through meaningful play and exploration by providing a safe child-led environment.

Hi, I'm Kellie! I have been part of the ACDMA Childcare team since 2025. I hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and am currently studying a Master of Teaching (Primary) degree. I love to create engaging learning experiences that encourage children to be creative, problem solve, and develop confidence as learners. My goal is to support every child's cognitive and physical development through both play-based and intentional learning, helping them build the skills they need for a successful transition to primary school.

Hi, I'm Natasha and I am an Early Childhood Educator at ACDMA Childcare & Preschool. I hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and have been working at ACDMA since 2019. I am passionate about supporting children as they learn and grow in a safe, caring, and happy environment. I especially enjoy engaging children through arts and crafts, singing, and dancing, as these activities encourage creativity, confidence, and self-expression.

I love working with children and being part of their learning and development every day. I enjoy creating a fun, caring, and safe environment where children feel happy, confident, and encouraged to explore and learn through play

Hi, my name is Meav. I am the Centre Chef at ACDMA and I have been working here since 2023. Holding my Food Handlers Certification, my true passion is cooking fresh, nutritious, and balanced meals that help our children grow healthy and happy. I also love being a part of our centre family and making special food for our centre's special events!

Hi, my name is Hue, and I start working in ACDMA as a chief since 2011. I hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and a Safe Food Handling I enjoy preparing fresh and healthy meals for the children every day. Seeing children enjoy their meals and grow healthy makes my job rewarding.

Hi, my name is Hanh, and I am the cheif at ACDMA since 2011. I hold my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and a Safe Food Handling Certificate. I believe that healthy eating habits begin in early childhood, and I enjoy providing fresh meals that children love while meeting their nutritional needs.
